Many of us are heading back to school online. It’s not necessarily what we want to be doing but such is life in COVID times. As we head back to school one of the things great teachers generally excel at is creating relationships with students in the classrooms or creating classroom communities. While there isn’t a silver bullet to conquer this issue there loads of things you can do to help develop your classroom community online.

Unfortunately, not all of us are the best at creating conversations. The Spinning Wheel of Questions is an easy to use tool that will help you engage with students. You can pull this up on your computer, share your screen, and it will help you to start the conversations. Some questions are fun, others are just thought provoking. Either way take a ‘spin’ of the wheel and see if your students don’t appreciate just some time to get to know their teacher.
