GIMP – Photo Editor – Very Similar to Photoshop

Need to quickly edit a photo but don’t have Photoshop? Gimp is open source and FREE! It is a tool that has been around for quite some time and even has a similar interface to Photoshop. It is webbased so no big installation or memory hog. This app is full of features and works well for working on an iPad or laptop.
